The Art of Fusion
The “Art of Fusion”. This is the creative concept that underpins everything that Swiss luxury watch brand Hublot does. It’s what led company founder, Carlo Crocco, to put a rubber strap on the gold case of his first Hublot watch in 1980. A concept that, at the time, was completely unheard of and considered absolutely outrageous. This wasn’t just any old rubber strap though. Three years of research and development had gone into creating the luxury watch industry’s first natural rubber strap. And it didn’t take too long for watch lovers to realise all that effort had paid off. Today, the trend is widespread and Hublot continues to innovate with new materials.
