Watches of Switzerland offers free of charge express delivery within Australia on all online orders.

Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery.

Due to security restrictions delivery is not available on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays, consequently we do not dispatch on Fridays or the day before Public Holidays.

All shipments are insured.

Unless prior written agreement is made, a person’s (aged 18 years or older) signature is required upon delivery.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

After dispatch, you will receive an email (to the email address supplied by you) confirming the exact details of your purchase and the parcel tracking reference.

A Watches of Switzerland representative will always contact you prior to dispatch to confirm the exact details of delivery and any special instructions or requests.

Online Sales Exchange/Return/Refund Policy:-

Watches of Switzerland will accept an exchange or refund on an online sale within 7 days of delivery. Should you wish to exchange or return a purchase please contact Watches of Switzerland to indicate your decision at your earliest possible convenience. Watches of Switzerland will arrange for the pickup of the merchandise and guide you through the process. This process may take up to 10 days to complete.

Please note that this policy does not apply to purchases made and/or inspected in our Watches of Switzerland Boutiques.

All returns and exchanges will be inspected by Watches of Switzerland before approval and are subject to the following terms and conditions:-

The merchandise must be in a new, unworn and undamaged state. If not, the return/exchange will not be accepted and a refund cannot be made to you.

The merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all accompanying documentation, certificates, accessories and packaging must be returned in original, undamaged condition. If not, the return/exchange will not be accepted and a refund may not be made to you.

If a refund is approved it will be credited to the original payment method to the value of the item printed on the receipt of purchase.

Eligibility to Purchase:-

By making an offer to purchase merchandise from Watchswiss.com you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and where Watches of Switzerland feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks.

Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

ZipMoney Purchases

For purchases made using ZipMoney, please note that additional processing time is required before dispatch. Due to standard payment clearing procedures, Watches of Switzerland must wait for funds to be cleared into our account, which typically takes up to 3 business days from the date of purchase.

After payment clearance confirmation, your order will be processed according to our standard shipping timeframes (2-4 business days for delivery). A Watches of Switzerland representative will contact you once the funds have cleared to confirm dispatch details and any special delivery instructions.

Please note that this additional processing time is separate from and in addition to our standard delivery timeframes. The total time from purchase to delivery may therefore take between 5-7 business days.

All other terms and conditions regarding delivery, signatures upon receipt, and our returns policy remain applicable to ZipMoney purchases as outlined above.

Guarantee of Authenticity:-

Watches of Switzerland absolutely guarantees the authenticity of every watch sold. Our merchandise is directly sourced from official distributors and is guaranteed by international warranty as specified by the manufacturer’s documentation supplied with the product.

International Warranty:-

During the warranty period (from the date of purchase) as specified by the documentation accompanying each specific product, you are entitled to have any manufacturing faults or manufacturing defects repaired free of charge.

The warranty does not cover normal “wear and tear” and abuse.

The warranty does not cover leather straps or batteries.

The warranty does not cover damage arising from servicing not done by an Authorised repairer as specified by the accompanying documentation. Clients must be careful to whom they give their watches for servicing. In other words, they must check that the retailer/service centre is authorised by the manufacturing brand since any repairs carried out by a person not authorised by the brand are, naturally, not covered by the manufacture.
